I’m Gavin Bowtell a professional hypnotherapist in Chigwell, Essex.
I help people with fears, phobias, stress and worries; with anxiety and symptoms of depression.
Whether you have a lifelong dental phobia, a fear of injections, or anxiety about public speaking I have the tools to help you.
Often a phobia can be resolved or reduced in a single appointment!
On average I see clients for between 4-6 sessions. Some sessions are designed as a single appointment e.g. Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy. Whilst other clients and issues need longer.
I work in a direct and down to earth way, eager to get you started on your path to improvement.
I am an Advanced Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, BWRT® and Emotional Freedom Technique.
