Reiki practitioners have been attuned to channel the universal life force, allowing uninterrupted energy flow to the recipient. During a Reiki session, clients remain fully clothed, sitting or lying down as the practitioner places their hands near or on specific areas of the body, such as the head, shoulders, knees, ankles, and feet. Sessions typically last 15 to 50 minutes based on individual needs, inducing sensations of warmth, deep relaxation, or pleasant tingling.

Who Am I?
At Gavin Bowtell Hypnotherapy, I am a Reiki Master providing a range of Reiki treatments in Chigwell, Essex. Located near the borders of Essex and London, my practice offers a relaxed and informal domestic environment for all individuals seeking the benefits of Reiki.
